These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Auto Digi Manual website and any purchase made from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before purchasing.
1. About Auto Digi Manual
Auto Digi Manual is a United Kingdom-based online store offering downloadable workshop repair manuals and technical guides for cars, motorcycles and other vehicles.
All products are supplied as digital files unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. No physical book, printed manual, disc or parcel is supplied.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place or approve the order on your behalf.
You must provide accurate and complete contact, billing and order information.
3. Product Information and Compatibility
We aim to describe every product accurately, including the relevant vehicle make, model, year, file format and other available compatibility information.
Before purchasing, you must review the complete product description and check the vehicle make, model, year and any relevant engine, transmission or market information. If compatibility is uncertain, contact us before placing the order.
The product description displayed when your order is placed forms part of the contract. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected digital product. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily confirm acceptance.
A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order or begin supplying the digital product, whichever occurs first.
We may reject or cancel an order before digital delivery where:
- Payment has not been authorised or has been reversed.
- The product is unavailable.
- There is an obvious pricing or product-listing error.
- The order information appears incorrect or fraudulent.
- Supplying the order would breach a legal or payment-provider requirement.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount paid will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP. The complete order total and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
Available payment methods are the methods displayed at checkout and may vary according to device, location and payment-provider availability.
Digital delivery begins only after payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed. Additional payment information is available in our Payment Policy.
6. Digital Delivery
Download details are sent to the email address provided at checkout within 0–1 business day after successful payment confirmation.
Digital delivery costs £0. No physical shipping, collection or physical return is involved.
A stable internet connection and standard PDF reader are generally required to download, open and view the product. Any additional known compatibility or functionality requirement will be stated on the relevant product page.
If the delivery period has passed, check your spam, junk and promotions folders and contact us with your order number and purchase email address.
7. Cancellation Rights for Digital Content
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you normally have 14 calendar days from the date the contract is made to cancel digital content before its supply begins.
Where you request digital supply during the cancellation period, your cancellation right may end once supply begins only where you have provided the legally required express consent and acknowledgement.
We will not treat a statutory cancellation right as waived unless the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
This does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty, incorrectly supplied, not as described or where we did not have the legal right to supply it.
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Incorrect, Faulty or Unreadable Files
Digital content supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any purpose made known and agreed before purchase, and as described.
If a supplied file is incorrect for the listing, damaged, incomplete or unreadable, contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may first provide a corrected or replacement file where that remedy is possible and reasonable.
If correction or replacement is impossible, cannot be completed within a reasonable time or would cause significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund under applicable law.
Approved refunds are processed by Auto Digi Manual within five business days using the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.
9. Licence to Use Purchased Products
Unless the product listing or applicable licence expressly states otherwise, purchasing a product gives the purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download and use it for their own non-commercial reference.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the manual or its contents.
You must not:
- Resell, redistribute or commercially supply a purchased file.
- Share the file with unauthorised persons.
- Publish or publicly upload the file.
- Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices.
- Create unauthorised commercial copies.
- Use the product in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
10. Intellectual Property and Manufacturer Names
Auto Digi Manual supplies digital materials that it has the right to offer. Copyright, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights in manufacturer-origin manuals, diagrams, logos and names remain the property of their respective owners.
Vehicle and manufacturer names are used only to identify the subject or compatibility of a product. Unless expressly stated on a product page, Auto Digi Manual is not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer.

11. Technical and Safety Information
Our products contain technical reference information. Auto Digi Manual does not provide vehicle repairs, mechanical diagnosis, inspection or professional workshop services.
Vehicle repair and maintenance may require specialist knowledge, appropriate tools and safety procedures. Follow current manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements. Do not perform work outside your knowledge or experience, and use a suitably qualified technician where appropriate.

12. Customer Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
13. Acceptable Website Use
You must not use the website to commit fraud, transmit harmful code, interfere with website security, gain unauthorised access, collect information unlawfully or infringe intellectual-property rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, payment systems or our legal rights.
14. Website and Digital-Delivery Availability
We aim to keep the website and digital-delivery services available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical faults or service-provider issues.
If an interruption affects a paid order, contact us so that we can investigate, restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.
15. Liability and Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of statutory consumer rights or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate vehicle information supplied by the customer, use of a manual for an incompatible vehicle, failure to follow applicable safety instructions or use of technical information outside the customer’s knowledge or experience, except where the loss was caused by our breach or negligence.
If you purchase as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights.
16. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookies Policy.
17. Third-Party Services
Our store, checkout, payment processing and certain website functions may be provided by Shopify and other service providers. Their services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy information.
We remain responsible for our obligations to customers and do not use third-party services to remove any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that arose under an order already accepted.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts available where you live. Consumers outside the United Kingdom retain any mandatory rights provided by the laws that apply to them.
20. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
