Refund policy

At Auto Digi Manual, we provide digital PDF workshop manuals that are delivered electronically. Because our products are digital and cannot be physically returned, this policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable PDF workshop manuals cannot be returned once the download link has been delivered or the file has been accessed.

Refund Eligibility

We may consider a refund in the following situations:

• You received an incorrect manual that does not match your order.
• The download link does not work, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we cannot resolve the issue.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Each request is reviewed individually based on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

• You ordered the wrong manual.
• You no longer need the manual after purchase.
• Your vehicle is incompatible with the manual when compatibility information was available before purchase.
• You changed your mind after receiving the digital product.
• You were able to successfully access or download the purchased file.

Exchanges

As our products are digital downloads, exchanges are not available. If you receive an incorrect manual, we will provide the correct file whenever possible.
